Please add the DHL upgrade, registered post is no longer reliable.
Delivery by SmartPac (Singpost), which takes a couple of days to reach your mailbox.
We usually ship out within 3 working days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent.
What if the parcel never arrive?
We are responsible to ship out your order. We will provide third party tracking record and links but we are not responsible for process out of our control, such as non-deliverable due to unexpected situation (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, strikes, or simply lost during the postal processing).
Tips: from our experience, DHL is more reliable than registered post.
Product return is not allowed once the packaging has been open. This is due to personal hygiene reasons.
When returning unopened, new products, it must be shipped by trackable method, such as DHL, FedEx or registered post. Refund will be arranged only after receiving and checking the return product are all in original package and in good condition. Original shipping cost and tax (if any) will not be refunded.
